2. In short
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server. Data is only sent to Google if you actively load the map or click a link to Google.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
4. Fonts
The font used (“Inter”) is stored locally on our server. No connection to Google or other providers is made when the page loads.
5. Google Maps
You can display a Google Maps map on our site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map only loads after you click “Load map”. Only then is data such as your IP address sent to Google, possibly including a transfer to the USA.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time by reloading the page – the map will then no longer be shown. More information: Google privacy policy.
6. Links to external services
Our website contains links to Google Maps (directions, reviews) and to our social media pages. You are only forwarded to the respective provider when you click such a link; their privacy policy then applies.
7. Contact by phone or email
If you call or email us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no legal retention obligations apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
